The difference between flex flags and flag pois

Flag pois and flex flags are similar. However, they differ in the following respects:

1~swivel

A flag poi has a swivel so you can spin it like a poi. An flex flag doesn't have that.

 

2~rod

The rod of flag poi is hard, thick and heavy, while the rod of flex flag is flexible, thin and very light.

If you're looking for a flag to worship, you might like the flex flags. But if you're looking for a flag that can be used for both worship and play, you might like the flag pois.
